Beauté Library Donates RM20,000 To SUKA SOCIETY Through B-Oooh-ka Puasa Charity Dinner Held At K’Seena House on 29th March 2023.
Raya is a cherished time of year where families come together. Hearts overflow with generosity, and forgiveness mends old wounds, reminding us of the power of love and compassion. Raya is also a time when everyone strives to look their best and bring on that confidence during gatherings with loved ones.
In the spirit of this, Beauté Library purposefully reintroduced their highly coveted PicoSpot Pigmentation Treatment through the “Oooh-mazing Raya with Beauté Library” campaign which included the B-Oooh-ka Puasa Charity Dinner.
The B-Oooh-ka Puasa Charity Dinner was held on the 29th March 2023 at K’Seena House located at Kuang, Selangor, a 100-year-old heritage home with beautiful contemporary extensions situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The element of charity was that, for every guest in attendance, Beauté Library will make a donation of RM100 to SUKA Society or Persatuan Kebajikan Suara Kanak-Kanak Malaysia (SUKA).
Despite weather conditions and the hectic schedules of guests which included influencers, local celebrities and members of the media, the dinner drew an amazing crowd of 182 guests in attendance, excluding staff. Even Riena Diana, actress and star of the Raya film, took some time in between her on-going film production to break fast with the team at the event.
Wilson Lee, CEO of Beauté Library was thrilled with the turnout and in the spirit of appreciation and generosity, topped up the donations to make it a total of RM20,000 much to the delight of SUKA Society and guests present. The donation collected was used to purchase items such as rice, oil, canned foods, chocolate malt drinks, milk powder, biscuits, noodles, flour, washing detergent and bath essentials from wholesalers at a bulk purchase cost that would replenish the food banks for another 3-4 months.
Wilson Lee said, “As the CEO of an organisation, I believe that it is our responsibility to use our platform and resources to make a meaningful impact on society and giving back has always been at the heart of our organisation. We are proud to be associated with SUKA Society and their efforts, and the event gave us the opportunity to come together and contribute towards their noble cause”.
Among the guests present were artistes Mimifly, Hunny Madu, Liesl-mae, Vanessa Reynauld, Gaston Pong & Jeii Pong, fitness and beauty enthusiast Nana Al Haleq and Ain Ramli, fashionista and entrepreneur Shalma Aina, TikTok Creator Group, Fyrehouse, stylists to the stars, Min Luna, Zulvanny, content creator and singer Adam Shamil who came all the way from Sabah and many others.
As part of the The Oooh-mazing Raya campaign, Beauté Library will be promoting the PicoSpot Pigmentation Treatment through paid advertising, social media channels, radio ads, billboards, print ads and roadshows.
