Payroll Manager

To spearhead payroll management and HR payroll strategies with compliance with legal requirements and regulations on all HR practices. Handon and lead a complete monthly payroll and wages administration, payroll summary reporting, and statutory submission. The following are the duties and responsibilities of the Payroll Manager.

Responsibilities:
Policies 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Provide professional advisory support on compliance matters, including employee grievance and conduct management
  • Ensure adherence to legal requirements and regulatory compliance in all HR practices.

  • Responsible for monthly payroll and wages administration, payroll summary reporting and statutory submission.
  • Prepare payroll monthly fund budgeting and submit to Finance for fund preparation. 
  • Involve in manpower analysis for yearly budgeting exercise. 
  • Employee’s personal file management in Rymnet 
  • Attend all staff’s compensation and benefits-related queries.
  • Responsible for all staff movement documentation and letter management about appointments, promotions, transfers, terminations etc.
  • Organise orientation programs for new joiners. Introduce new joiners to their respective teams as part of the onboarding process.

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, HR Management or any field or equivalent.
  • At least 3-4 years of work experience as an HR generalist in the retail industry will be an advantage.

We're looking for a candidate who's able to lead accounts payable and receivable teams, aligning objectives with accounting goals. Spearhead the IT department from project management to infrastructure and cyber security that is compliant with legal requirements and regulations. 

Responsibilities:

Project Management 

  • Organising and managing multiple IT projects throughout the project lifecycle process and ensuring each project and phase stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines including tracking milestones and deliverables, implementing change requests, and methods for measuring results.
