Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the warehouse’s products (retail, salon, consumable) are in the correct storage location following the category. 

  • Make sure products in the warehouse are in good condition. 
  • Monitor and analyze expiration dates of all products in the warehouse and outlets. 
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock transactions (HQ to outlets, outlet to outlet, outlets to HQ). 
  • Ensure “goods receiving”, “stock transfers”, and “stock returns” be done timely and within stipulated turnaround time. 
  • Check monthly outlet stock audit reports from the Operation Audit team cross-check with warehouse inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. 
  • Coordinate and participate in stock-take activities to reconcile physical inventory with records. 
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts at the warehouse. 
  • Maintain and update Supply Chain and Procurement SOPs for warehouses and outlets. 
  • Support the Procurement Executive in monitoring and analyzing stock movement and holding. 
  • Assist in projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior. 

Qualifications:

  • At least a diploma certification in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. 
  • Previous experience in a supply chain or inventory management role is preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Workspace and other relevant software applications. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Familiarity with inventory management processes and procedures is preferable. 
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt. 

Operations Manager - Retail

This role is to support the expanding business of our brands. The ideal candidate would have sound experience in strategic planning and managing full spectrum outlet operations, and fulfillment of all operational support requests from outlets to ensure smooth and effective running of outlets' daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight

  • Plan and manage full spectrum outlet operational, fulfillment of all operational support requests from outlets to ensure smooth and effective running of outlets' daily operation
  • Implement and improve operational processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop a strategic departmental to ensure the efficiency of internal processes and stock auditing 
  • Work closely with other business units to ensure smooth outlet development including government or local authorities. 

. Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing operations team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Resource Management

  • Effectively allocate resources to meet operational objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for replenishment.

Cost Management

  • Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure compliance with authorities' regulations and company policies.
  • Implement and oversee safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Training 

  • Champion the Operational policies training across the company including the company POS system be it new and existing staff. 

    Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Management or related disciplines with 3 years of proven working experience with retail experience & outlets is preferable
  • Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin.
  • Strength in coordination and communication.
  • Ability to adapt to changes of environment and rapid growth workforce
  • Good understanding of building systems & processes.
  • Experience in working with IT and POS systems. 
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly

Senior Operations Manager

This role needs a Senior Operations Manager to oversee maintenance, technical, retail, and distribution center operations. This role also requires business development strategies and support, leading a team, resolving complex issues, ensuring safety, and optimises performance for timely and successful operations.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Management

  • Sets the standard for effective Operation management and is well versed in industry practices and technologies with a deep understanding of the business priorities and outlet needs, and can proficiently translate those needs into the right solutions. 
  • Brings operations perspective to decision-making with strong business acumen (understands contribution to the business and partners with finance for cost-benefit analyses). Broad experience across functional and technical areas, designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining ability on increasing-scale operations.
  • Responsible for protecting service levels, monitoring and improving operation and associates performance
  • Responsible for streamlining operation processes to support Business Development. 
  • Work closely with other business units to ensure smooth outlet development including with government or local authorities.

  • Leading a team of managers and 20 Associates, being the owner of solving complex problems making key decisions, and motivating a high-performing operations team.

  • Experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
  • Ability to adapt to a change of environment and rapid growth workforce.
  • Experience in working with ERP / WMS and POS systems.

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum outlet operational day-to-day support to the Sales as well as Operations Team. 
  • Responsible for the fulfillment of all operational support requests from outlets to ensure the smooth and effective running of outlets’ daily operations. 
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize sales and maintain good inventory quality & integrity. 
  • Assist in the monitoring of shops’ inventory level and participate in regular stock-taking.
  • Support stores' requests on consumables. (e.g. accessories, stationery, consumables, etc.) 
  • Support Head of Operations with all policies & procedures to streamline the stores’ efficiency.
  • Co-create & execute operation processes and strategies that help our brands run efficiently and profitably. 
  • Consolidate sales data and prepare sales-related reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management’s review. 
  • Provide all kinds of clerical, administrative, and operational support to teams. 
  • Communicate closely between internal and external parties on daily retail operations issues. 
  • Ensure information/ updates/ materials are disseminated to outlets promptly. 
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required to meet operations and business needs. 
  • Handle other ad hoc projects and assignments by superior.


Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or related disciplines. 
  • Proven working experience with retail experience & outlets is preferable. 
  • Good standard of numerical skills. 
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly.
